While counselling is a valuable intervention for ongoing psychological and emotional support, it isn't an emergency service that can help in times of immediate crisis or, available in an emergency situation. However, there are services out there who can help 24 hours a day or with practical support and advice. If you do find yourself in a position where you are at risk or in immediate danger from suicidal thoughts or thoughts of self harm or, you need emergency support for issues such as domestic violence please do contact the relevant service below.
